Eligible1 members can sign in to Blueprint Portal to set up AutoPay with a check, credit or debit card. No transaction fee applies.
Sign in to Blueprint PortalIf you prefer to set up automatic payments offline, you can submit a pre-authorized bank draft form based on your plan type. Not applicable for credit card payments.

You can send a check to us as outlined below. Your check may be processed electronically, which means the amount paid would be withdrawn from your account immediately. Remember to include your invoice payment stub.
