Some clinics in our network participate in Blueprint Primary Care, a program aimed at strengthening the quality of care provided and lowering healthcare costs. Clinics or providers participating in this value-based program often offer priority scheduling, address gaps in care and offer an improved patient experience with digital tools and communication. Look for the “Blueprint Primary Care” logo when searching providers within our Find Care tool.
Blueprint Value Collaborative
Blueprint Value Collaboratives are groups of doctors, hospitals and other healthcare professionals who come together to provide coordinated, cost-efficient and high-quality care.
We work with primary care providers (PCPs) within Blueprint Value Collaborative to jointly manage the quality and efficiency of your care. Through sharing high-level data, we are able to work together to meet shared quality and financial goals to support your care.
Blue Distinction Centers
Blue Distinction® is a designation awarded by Blue Cross and Blue Shield companies to medical facilities that have demonstrated expertise in delivering quality healthcare. The goal is to help consumers find superior specialty care while enabling and encouraging health professionals to improve the overall quality and delivery of healthcare nationwide.
At the core of the Blue Distinction program are the Blue Distinction Centers for Specialty Care. Specialty Care includes both quality-only (Blue Distinction Center) and quality and cost (Blue Distinction Center+) designations.
